What is our delivery coverage?

We currently deliver orders all over India except to remote areas or towns not covered by regular courier services. Our trusted courier partner is DTDC. If you are unsure about whether we deliver to your address, please call our Customer Service (+91 80 4172 5416) prior to placing your order.

What are your Shipping charges?

Orders above Rs. 1000 are shipped free of charge. For all other orders, we charge a flat shipping rate of Rs. 65 per order for delivery to any city in India

How do I know when my order will be shipped out?

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation mail at the email ID you provided immediately.

As soon as your payment has been received in our account, our Customer Representative will call you on the mobile number provided in your order, to confirm the order & address details provided.

We place a confirmation call for each of orders, before the order is processed. This is to avoid any inadvertent shipping or delivery mistakes due to incorrect or incomplete contact / shipping information provided by the customer. Hence, we request you to ensure that you enter your latest contact number in the order form, to enable us to reach you.

Once the order & shipping details are confirmed telephonically by us, we will ship the order within 24 hours (for all orders placed before 4 pm on a working day) & within 48 hours (for all orders placed after 4 pm, Sundays & Public Holidays).

You will receive an email as soon as the order is shipped out by us.

In how many days will I receive my order?

All orders are delivered to the customer within 3-7 working days from the date of shipping.

How do I track my order?

Once the order is shipped we will send you the airway Bill Number/Shipping number. .

What do I do if my order is delayed?

In case you have not received your order within 5-7 working days from the shipping date, please contact our Customer Service team at +91 80 4172 5416

Delay due to forced measures

Theskinstore.in will not be held responsible for inadvertent delay in delivery due to forced measures like political disturbance / fog / storms / strikes / flight delays / fire / riots / natural calamities / network changes / paperwork discrepancies / octroi / sales tax related issues, etc.

However, our Customer Service team will ensure you are kept updated in case of any such unforeseen circumstances.
